The timber door opens into the splendour of the entrance hall with high ceiling chandeliers, sweeping staircase and historic stone floor.

The first door leads to the lounge with its tall Georgian windows/shutters, it has ample leather seating and elaborate period cornicing. It has a calm atmosphere, ideal to watch a movie, chat or play a game.

Next to the lounge are the kitchen and dining room which are open plan. The kitchen is well-equipped with an Induction range, breakfast bar and large larder fridge.

The dining room has a grand atmosphere for a large group to eat, drink and chat the night away. It has a large table and ample seating.

Next to the kitchen is the ground floor twin bedroom and bathroom. The other 2 boutique bathrooms and another bedroom are situated on the lower landing.

Atop of the sweeping stairs are 4 bedrooms and a WC off the main landing. The upstairs bedrooms have classic Georgian windows and polished floorboards. One bedroom has twin single beds, which can be pushed together should you wish.

Outside, the pool building is in the side garden, along with the hot tub, the gas BBQ and seating.

To the front of the house is another patio and seating area, ideal for morning coffee.

The building is split 3/4:1/4, owners live in the smaller portion. There is no door between the two households
